Mice & Voles $260 Interior $400-$600 Exterior

House mice, deer mice, and voles can all find their way into your home or yard, each bringing their own set of problems. Whether the issue is indoors, outdoors, or both, we inspect for entry points, set up tamper‑resistant bait stations, and seal exterior gaps to stop future invasions. For vole issues, we focus on exterior runways and burrows. Every treatment includes follow‑up visits and a 100‑day warranty, because pests should stay gone, not come back.

Crawling Insects $275

Ants, spiders, silverfish, and earwigs are among the most common pests we see in Calgary homes. Whether you are dealing with a trail of ants in the kitchen, webs in the corners, silverfish in the bathroom, or earwigs in the basement, we treat all of them with a single perimeter spray. Our approach targets the exterior of your home to stop them from getting in. For ants, we use non‑repellent treatments so they carry the product back to the colony. For spiders, silverfish, and earwigs, the same treatment kills them on contact or shortly after exposure. No separate programs. No upsells. Just one straightforward service for crawling insects.

Carpenter Ants $350

Carpenter ants are different. If you are seeing large black ants indoors — especially in spring, near baseboards, window frames, door frames, or in bathrooms and kitchens — there is likely a colony nesting inside your walls. They do not just trail through for food. They are living in your home. We locate the nest, treat wall voids with dust, and seal access points. Carpenter ant treatments require more visits and a different approach, so pricing is separate from our standard crawling insect program.

German Cockroaches $450

German cockroaches are not like other pests. They multiply fast, hide in cracks you cannot see, and are notoriously hard to eliminate with store‑bought sprays. If you are seeing them, especially in kitchens and bathrooms, there is likely a breeding population nearby. We use a combination of gel baits, non‑repellent sprays, and dust in wall voids to target the colony, not just the ones you see. Every treatment includes multiple follow‑up visits and a 100‑day warranty. Because with German roaches, one spray is never enough.

Bedbugs $475

Bed bugs are stress‑inducing, disruptive, and notoriously difficult to get rid of. They hide in mattress seams, bed frames, baseboards, and even behind electrical outlets. Most store‑bought products do not work, and foggers only make it worse. We use professional‑grade treatments that target bed bugs at every life stage, including eggs. Every bed bug job includes multiple follow‑up visits and a 100‑day warranty. We keep coming back until the problem is gone, no shortcuts, no guessing.

Pantry Pests $350

Flour beetles, weevils, larder beetles, and drugstore beetles all share one thing — they get into your dry food. You might spot them in flour, cereal, pasta, pet food, or birdseed. Larder beetles are the exception — their larvae also feed on wool, fur, leather, and feathers, so they can sometimes be found in closets or attics as well. Most of the time, the infestation starts with a single package from the store. We help you find the source, remove it, and treat the area to stop them from spreading. One‑time treatment works for minor issues. For ongoing problems, our two‑visit program includes a follow‑up to make sure they are gone.

Wasps & Yellowjackets $175

Wasps and yellowjackets become more aggressive in late summer and fall, making outdoor time stressful. Unlike bees, they can sting multiple times and will defend their nest aggressively. We track down the nest, whether it is in a tree, under an eave, inside a wall void, or in the ground, and treat it directly. For accessible nests, we offer one‑time removal with a 30‑day warranty on the same location. For ongoing protection during peak season, we offer a monthly add‑on to any existing Pest Police plan that includes preventative spraying and up to two nest removals per season. Either way, we take the sting out of wasp season.

Carpet Beetles $350

Carpet beetles are small but destructive. The larvae feed on natural fibers, wool, fur, leather, silk, and feathers, which means they can damage carpets, clothing, upholstery, and even taxidermy. Adults are often found near windowsills or baseboards, while the larvae hide in dark, undisturbed areas like closets, attics, and under furniture. We inspect to locate the source of the infestation, remove it, and treat affected areas to stop further damage. Unlike some pests, carpet beetles do not have a colony, eliminating them is about finding where they are breeding and cutting off the food source.

Box Elder Bugs/Maple Bugs $325

Boxelder bugs start showing up in Calgary as soon as the weather warms in spring. You will see them clustered on sunny walls, window frames, and foundations, soaking up the heat after winter. They do not bite, sting, or cause structural damage, but their droppings can stain walls and curtains, and crushing them leaves an unpleasant smell.

They are especially common on properties with boxelder trees or Manitoba maples, their preferred food source. If you have these trees near your home, you are more likely to see boxelder bugs on your walls every spring and fall.

They become a major nuisance again in the fall, when they gather in huge numbers looking for warm places to overwinter.

We treat boxelder bugs where they gather: exterior walls, window frames, doorways, and eaves. Our approach eliminates current swarms and includes sealing cracks and gaps to stop them from getting inside.

If they have already slipped indoors, we treat those areas as well.

Available as a one‑time seasonal treatment or as part of our Perimeter Pest Program. Spring and fall are the key times to act.

Richardson's Ground Squirrel (Gopher) $ Varies

Richardson's ground squirrels, what most Albertans call gophers, are the reason you might find large dirt mounds scattered across a field, pasture, or acreage. They dig deep burrow systems and feed on grasses, roots, and crops. Unlike mice or voles, they hibernate through winter and emerge in early spring ready to breed.

Control methods depend on the property. For smaller acreages and residential properties, trapping is the most straightforward, non‑chemical approach. For larger infestations, bait products registered for ground squirrels are available when used according to label directions.

Because regulations for ground squirrel products have changed recently, we assess each property individually and recommend a plan based on your specific situation, not a one‑size‑fits‑all solution.
